2025 Price List

We charge an hourly rate of £18 per hour for new short term rental, workplace and domestic cleaning services for contract customers. For one-offs or ad-hoc cleaning, our rate is £19 per hour.

We charge a flat rate of 50p per mile for travel more than 5 miles outside of Thornhill. Anything within this radius is free of charge.

Any cleaning products used are charged at retail rate and will be itemised on your invoice for transparency. We’re happy to use your own cleaning products if you’d rather provide them.

We charge time-and-a-half rate for bank holidays.

We’re dedicated to a fully transparent service – we’re upfront with our costs, and there’s no hidden extras – and firm believers in paying a fair wage. We pay our team Real Living Wage and pass on all travel expenses in full too.

A typical price for a self-catering property or office clean might look like this:

  • Weekly clean: 3 hrs, £54.00
  • Travel: 10 miles each way at 50p per mile: £10.00
  • Total amount invoiced for four cleans per month: £256.00
