Terms of Business

Below you will find the key terms and conditions that govern our cleaning services. We encourage you to read them carefully and contact us with any questions.

1. Introduction

These terms of business set out the agreement between you (the client) and us (the Wee Cleaning Company) for the provision of cleaning services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Insurance

The Wee Cleaning Company hold Public Liability Insurance provided by Axa, covering up to £1,000,000. This ensures protection for your property and our employees while cleaning services are being performed.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Once a cleaning schedule is agreed upon, we will adhere to this timing as closely as possible. However, please note that times may vary slightly on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled clean, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to manage our team’s schedule effectively and potentially accommodate other clients. If this notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge our full rate for the period.
  • Company Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a scheduled clean, we will provide you with at least 24 hours’ notice, except in cases of emergency. We will endeavour to reschedule the clean at a convenient time for you as soon as possible.

4. Reporting Issues

  • Damage Notification: In the unlikely event of any damage caused during our cleaning services, we will inform you immediately. We will discuss the circumstances of the damage and the steps to rectify the situation.
  • Service Issues: If there are any issues with the cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. We will take appropriate steps to resolve any concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Property Concerns: We will always inform you of any issues we notice in your property that need addressing, to help maintain the condition and security of your premises.

5. Payment

Our payment terms are 14 days from receipt of invoice. Invoices are sent via email. We prefer bank transfer but accept cash and cheques. Our bank details are itemised on our invoices.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal details provided to us will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing our cleaning services and communicating with you.
